European Union

European Union customer with registered TVA valid for intra-Community purchases
- If you live in a European Union country and wish to obtain a VAT-exempt invoice for your purchase, you must have your VAT number registered and valid for intra-Community transactions. When you make a purchase on our website, the VAT exemption process will be automatic. Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom
- Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are not subject to VAT, in accordance with article 14.º of the CIVA. When you make a purchase on our website, no VAT will automatically be applied. It is important to note that the shipping costs do not include possible customs import duties or VAT applicable in the country of destination, which may be charged at the time of delivery (outside the European Union). PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
- All orders are processed after payment confirmation, and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
- Available Payment Methods: Credit Card, Multibanco, MBWAY, Paypal, Digital Wallets and Bank Transfer.
- Orders will be shipped after payment confirmation.
- It is not possible to set a delivery time for orders, even if they are sent by courier. The order must be delivered between 9h and 19h. DAMAGES AND RETURNS
- INOEH CARE, LDA does not assume any responsibility for damages caused during transport when sending orders.
